Get Enchanted with Charm of Lombok-Sumbawa Month 2018

The Charm of Lombok-Sumbawa Month 2018, the event featuring a variety of activities which show the charm and unique character of Lombok's culture, goes as scheduled and continues up to September, 23rd, regardless the devastating earthquake that shook the province earlier this summer.

In the frame of the Charm of Lombok-Sumbawa Month 2018 different activities will be held in all major cities and regencies across the West Nusa Tenggara Province. The representatives of the the Office of Tourism of West Nusa Tenggara Province hope the festival will help attract more tourists to the province as well as show tourists that Lombok is ready to revive from the unfortunate natural disaster.

Some of the most colourful events visitors will be able to witness and parttake in include the Mataram Night Run, the Ampenan Old City Festival, the Lombok Begending Championship, the Gili Tramena Begawe, the Senggigi Beach Festival, The Charm of Moyo Festival, and also the Sail Moyo Tambora which is the pinnacle of this year’s Sail to Indonesia yacht rally.

All these events will take place away from the disaster affected areas and are absolutely safe to visit.
