WorldBridge Arena built by the WorldBridge Group covers over 1.3 hectars on the Tonle Bassac River riverfront stretching inland towards the national road 2 in Chak Angre Krom. It consists of 13 main blocks and its construction cost USD10 million. Besides a variety of retail outlets offering fashion brands, beauty broducts and gadgets, there will be a wide choice of cafes and restaurants featuring regional and international cuisines, ice-cream shops and bakeries. There will be a live show theatre, a spa and massage shop, and a concert ground, too.
The developer says that over 50% of the space has been already leased to shops and restaurants and they hope the new lifestyle mall will be a success meeting the demand for high quality entertainment and shopping space in Phnom Penh.
The complex will open to the public in November and is easily accessible from National Road (NR) 2 and Hun Sen Boulevard as well as by boat on the Tonle Bassac.
