Royal Air has recently innaugurated their flight between Macau and Mactan Cebu International Airport and between Macau and the Lallo International Airport in Cagayan which will now be followed by Macau–Subic route.
Located roughly 100 km northwest of Manila, Luzon island, Subic Bay is home to Subic Bay Freeport Zone, a former military base converted into tax- and duty-free zone. It is expected that 97-seater aircrafts will be used for direct Macau-Subic flights adding some 35,000 international air seats from China. As a special economic zone, Subic Bay can be visited by foreign nationals without a visa for a stay up to 14 days – even by those who normally do require a visa to visit the Philippines.
Direct Flights Macau–Subic Are Considered
News in AsiaSubic Bay International Airport, the Philippines, will soon probably see daily direct flights from Macau performed by Royal Air Charter Service, a Philippine-registered airline which serves non-scheduled commercial domestic and international flights.
