The work of the Southern Railway of Thailand was suspended

Since today the Southern Thai Railway stoped to work  due to two powerful explosions at railway bridges this morning in the Narathiwat province.

Since today the Southern Thai Railway stoped to work  due to two powerful explosions at railway bridges this morning in the Narathiwat province. According to police, bridges in the Jor-irong and Ra Ngae districts were severely damaged by insurgents’ bombings.

At this time specialists are inspecting the damages, but as expected the renovation will take about three days. Until the end of repair works the Southern Railway will not operate the most of trains exept train to Tanyongmas station.
