It is the fifth edition of the festival which started as DPac Arts Festival. This year the festival is going to be truly international with artists from England, China, France, Greece, Japan, Korea, Mozambique, the Philippines and the US performing alongside with homegrown talents.
While there expected to be a lot of worth-seeing performances, these five shows are an absolute must-see.
On July, 3-4, On! Raku! will satisfy your thirst for jazz. KL-based WVC Jazz Ensemble and a crowd favourite will join hands with acclaimed Japanese musicians to ensure absolutely amazing jazz adventure.
On July, 5-8, Pulse, a new theatre piece, purposely created for the festival, will be on to explode the visitors' emotions.
On July, 7-8, Puppet Festival will call all marionettes lovers presenting a delightful puppet theatre program with Chinese puppets starring.
On July, 11 East Point West International Dance Showcase will present contemporary dance pieces which have always been the main focus of the festival.
On July, 13-17, come for a new show by a renowned choreographer Kim Jae Duk, Darkness Poomba, combining traditional Korean dance and contemporary rock music.
