Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh Expressway will change the life of the region

According the last developing plan revolutionary Expressway between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh will be constructed up to 2030 year. This ambitious project will cost the Japanese  International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in $2,2 billion.

The new express line will cut the travel time between the Vietnamese and Cambodian capitals from 6 to 3 hours! The first section will be opened in 2020 year, it will run from Phnom Penh to Neak Leung. During next ten years Neak Leung Bavet City (Cambodian-Vietnamese border) through Svay Rieng City and Bavet city - Ho Chi Minh City sections to be completed.
