New visa regime in Japan

To promote the popularization of Japan as a place for recreation and tourism the Authorities of the country decided to include more countries to the list of those whose citizens do not need a visa to enter in Japan.

To promote the popularization of Japan as a place for recreation and tourism the Authorities of the country decided to include more countries to the list of those whose citizens do not need a visa to enter in Japan.

New Japanese visa free scheme has been extended to Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. Malaysia and Thailand were also introduced in this visa free program from 1 July 2013 and this experience was successful.

As expected new visa free regime will promote the development of tourism in the country and will increase the number of traveller up to 20 million per year.
