New Delhi Ranked 22nd in the World, 8th in Asia among Top Destinations 2018

The capital of India comes 22nd in TripAdvisor’s top 25 travellers’ choice for 2018.

To begin with, you will never be hungry there. Enterprising traders cook mouth-watering food with Indian spices the smell of which will captivate and conquer you. Besides, there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants which offer the dishes to satisfy a gourmet.

Of course, tourists are attracted by numerous temples and mosques, picturesque architecture of the colonial period, palaces and museums, Jantar Mantar observatory of the 18th century, theatres and other places of interest. You will also feel the cultural peculiarities, see another lifestyle and mentality.

TripAdvisor defines the ranking on the basis of the quantity and quality of comment and ratings for accommodation, restaurants and attractions and also judging by bookings on TripAdvisor that is done annually. The capital of France, Paris, heads the list for 2018. Then come London, Rome, Bali and Crete. In Asia Bali is on the top of the list with Phuket, Hanoi, Siem Reap, Tokyo, Kathmandu and Hong Kong to follow after which come three Indian destinations: New Delhi, Goa with wonderful beaches and Jaipur with its magnificent architecture.
