Phuket to be operated by Etihad

In the second part of this year the popular destination of the  Southern Thailand Phuket Island will be operated by one of the Gulf's big three airlines – UAE-based Etihad Airways.

In the second part of this year the popular destination of the  Southern Thailand Phuket Island will be operated by one of the Gulf's big three airlines – UAE-based Etihad Airways. The carrier will serve non-stop daily flights from Abu Dhabi to Phuket from 26 October 2014 year.


Etihad already operates flights to Bangkok and it’s one of the most popular airline’s routes for the past four years. New route Abu Dhabi Phuket should be also very popular among tourist from the both countries. The flights will be operated with Airbus 330-200 jet equipped with 22 seats in business and 240 in economy class. More over Etihad launches 8 new international routes this year.
