On the last week Thai company Transport Co Ltd announced new bus route from the Loei city in Thailand to Luang Prabang, cultural capital of Laos. The route will pass through Xayaboury in Laos.

On the last week Thai company Transport Co Ltd announced new bus route from the Loei city in Thailand to Luang Prabang, cultural capital of Laos. The route will pass through Xayaboury in Laos.

The shortest bus route (394 km) between Thailand and Luang Prabang will be overcome within 9 hours. The bus will operate new route every day. It departs Loei at 8AM and arrives to Luang Prabang at 5PM. The return bus also departs Laos at the same time in the morning.

The total cost of one-way trip on the air-conditioned bus with 40 seats from Loei to Xayaboury is 500Baht (125,000 Kip), from Loei to Luang Prabang – 700Baht (175,000 Kip).
