Lao Airlines increases its air fleet

With a view to expand its flight schedule in the Southeast Asia region the national carrier of Laos Lao Airlines plans to buy two more ATR72-600 aircrafts during this year.

With a view to expand its flight schedule in the Southeast Asia region the national carrier of Laos Lao Airlines plans to buy two more ATR72-600 aircrafts during this year. We remind that last year the airline lost on ATR72-600 aircraft in a fatal accident at Pakse Airport

The first new aircraft will be put into operation in May, the second one – in November. As expects, they will operate new Lao Airlines' flights from the capital, Vientiane to Malaysia and Yangon, Myanmar. The airline also has long-term plans to increase its fleet and to offer more flights in 2015 year.
