News in AsiaThe Indian Business Chamber (Incham) in Ho Chi Minh City has confirmed this year’s Diwali Festival will be held on the 14 October. The event, AKA as the Festival of Lights, will be hosted at the city’s GEM Centre from 17:30 onwards.
