Coming late to the flight is now allowed at Hanoi Airport

To support passengers during the expansion of Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi its Authorities allow passengers come to board the next available flights without surcharges if they miss their flights due to the check-in counters' relocation.

Don’t worry if you can not find check-in counters at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, they were moved due to Airport’s expansion. The airlines offer the passenger to arrive at the Airport at least two hours prior to the departure to find a new check-in, which now situated in the departure Hall E, 150 metres from the old check-in zone. New Holl E also connects to hall A within Terminal T1 through a passageway.

To support passengers the Airport’s Authorities allow passengers come to board the next available flights without surcharges if they miss their flights due to the relocation. This rule will be actual until 15 January.
