Operation of the Krabi Airport is under threat

As the local chapter of the People′s Committee in Krabi province reported, they plan to engage mass anti-government protest. They also threatened to suspend Krabi Airport operation to increase influence on the government.

As the local chapter of the People′s Committee in Krabi province reported, they plan to engage mass anti-government protest which will be held on 13 January across the country and mainly in Bangkok. Except blocking of major roads and intersections the oppositions threatened to suspend Krabi Airport operation to increase influence on the government and jeopardize Thai tourism at the high season.

The supporters of People′s Committee didn’t call end date of mass protest, they demanded the resignation of the Prime Minister. Travellers are recommended to refrain from trips to Thailand during last half of January or be prepared for a massive traffic congestion.
