Tran The Thuan said the market would be set up at Bach Dang Park and cover about 3,000-metres² with a total of around 120 stalls. The initial proposal says the market will operate every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00 and vendors will be allowed until 08:00 on Monday to remove their booths.
