BTS rides in Bangkok have become free

After opening two new stations on BTS Silom Line Bangkok Metropolitan Administration decided to launch free rides up to the 5 January. New stations should increase BTS’s efficiency in such busy city as Bangkok.

After opening two new stations on BTS Silom Line Bangkok Metropolitan Administration decided to launch free rides up to the 5 January.

New Wutthakat and Bang Wa stations are situated between the National Stadium station and Talat Phlu. As it’s expected they will serve more than 70 thousand passengers per day.
At the time when the expansion of the line will be completed in 2015 year Bang Wa station will be connected with MRT.

New stations should increase BTS’s efficiency in such busy city as Bangkok.
