During three last months the number of antigovernment demonstrations in the Thai capital is increasing steadily. The opposition demands resignation of the Prime Minister and often disrupts traffic on the main roads of Bangkok in the frame of protests. The police also close some roads fearing protestors.
At this moment the using taxi, buses or private vehicle fraught many hours of waiting in traffic jams. The best way is to use MRT, Skytrain, ARL and river boats, they still work without any congestions. All of them had also increased their working hours to compensate the influx of customers.
Airports of Thailand recommend all of air travellers to leave home at least three hours before departure.
