Philippines which suffered from the most strong in a history typhoon Haiyan last Friday is trying to restore gradually. In spite of the damages of the runway, passenger terminal and ground equipment the Airport in Tacloban City has started its work.
Now it operates 20 flights each day with 90 passengers on board in each of them. The main task of the Tacloban Airport at the moment is ensuring the search and rescue works and also delivery of supplies. So now it is able to accept a limited number of commercial flights.
