They put some chemicals into an A/C system ant then check passenger’s bags. The composition of substances used is unknown but experts said that taxi drivers may use Chloroform.

FDA asks passengers to be very careful. If you suddenly feel nauseous in the car, you should roll down the windows and after feel better try to leave the taxi.
