Bangkok Authority comes out against illegally parked cars

Bangkok Metropolitan Administration together with Bangkok police toughens penalties for illegal car parking on capital’s streets since today, 21 October. It will ease traffic problems and free congested roads of Bangkok.

Bangkok Metropolitan Administration together with Bangkok police toughens penalties for illegal car parking on capital’s streets since today, 21 October. It will ease traffic problems and free congested roads of Bangkok.

Now cars parked illegally will be towed away to next local police stations. To reclaim their vehicles drivers should pay 1 000THB fee. For the first time new regulation will be applied to the 10 busiest roads, 50 more routes will be added in the next month.
