Phnom Penh will get flights from Vientiane again

Lao Airlines has reported the reopening of flights from Vientiane to Phnom Penh, Cambodia after they were canceled in April 2008 year. The reason to resume flights was the increased number of Laos travelers in Cambodia and the expansion of airline's air-fleet.

Lao Airlines has reported the reopening of flights from Vientiane to Phnom Penh, Cambodia after they were canceled in April 2008 year.

The reason to resume flights was the increased number of Laos travelers in Cambodia and the expansion of airline's air-fleet. Cambodian citizens are also more interested in trips to Laos now.

The flights would be reopened on 7 November this year and would be operated three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. At the same time Lao Airlines will launch every day direct flights to Incheon in the Republic of Korea, now they are served three times a week only.
