Myanmar and Cambodia increase their connection

The national carrier Myanmar Airways International (MAI) is going to increase flights from Yangon to Phnom Penh. According to Tourism Association of Cambodia both of the countries would benefit from it and strengthen their relationships.

The national carrier Myanmar Airways International (MAI) is going to increase flights from Yangon to Phnom Penh. According to Tourism Association of Cambodia both of the countries would benefit from it and strengthen their relationships.

MAI plans to launch more flights to Cambodia in high season from 27 October to 29 March next year. The number of flights will be increased from twice weekly to three weekly and they will be offered on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

“New flights between Myanmar and Cambodia will help tourism and trade in both countries,” – the director of Cambodia’s Tourism Association said.
