Commenting on the maiden flights on the two routes, the CEO of Jetstar Pacific said there was high demand right across the board for cheap flights. Le Hong Ha noted that when the carrier opened reservations for the new services there was a surge which signified the routes would be busy.
The Jetstar Pacific service to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok operates daily and departs Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport at 11.10. It lands at Suvarnabhumi at 13:00 and the return service leaves at 14:35.
Tuy Hoa Town is located on the coast of Vietnam’s Phu Yen Province and is around 120kms to the north of Nha Trang. Ho Chi Minh to Tuy Hoa services operate thrice weekly in each direction.
Outbound flights leave Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh for the one-hour trip at 14:40 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The return flights from Tuy Hoa take off at 16:15. Jetstar Pacific utilises 180-seat Airbus 320s for both routes.
