Thai AirAsia to sell Korea fun park tickets

Passengers travelling from Bangkok to South Korea with Thai AirAsia X will soon be able to buy tickets for one of the best fun parks in Asia. From 1 May 2015, the budget airline will offer tickets for the Lotte World Adventure Park on board its services to Seoul’s Incheon Airport.

Announcing the collaboration, Thai AirAsia X’s CEO, Nadda Buranasiri, told media sources cabin crews were excited about the chance of being able to provide passengers with access to the fun park. He continued by saying cabin staff would be selling the Lotte tickets under the auspices of the carrier’s Sky Ticket programme.

Mr Buranasiri noted that Thai AirAsia X was dedicated to providing reasonably priced travel experiences and flights for one and all. He finished off by thanking the South Korea Tourism Board for its assistance in showcasing the country’s diverse attractions for travellers from Thailand.

Around eight million people visit Lotte World Adventure Park every year. Myriad attractions include the Pharaoh's Fury, Jungle Adventure, a folk museum and a huge ice-skating rink. Thai AirAsia X operates daily flights between Bangkok and Seoul.
