12Go, being a part of Travelier group, is the leading multimodal online travel agency based in Bangkok, Thailand. Founded in 2012, we offer train, flight, bus, and ferry tickets, as well as transfers, insurance, and other travel products globally.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEM Manager to join our team in the marketing domain. In the marketing department, decisions are driven by data and grounded in performance metrics to ensure meaningful, measurable results. Responsibilities:
- Create & optimize our paid search campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our e-commerce business;
- Work closely with Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo Ads, and other paid search platforms;
- Deliver measurable results while staying on top of industry trends;
- Close collaboration with data, product and design teams within the company.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an SEM Manager or in a similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid search best practices;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
- Good business acumen (including market & competitive analysis, forecasting);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC platforms;
- Strong understanding of key SEM performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS etc.);
- Data analytics skills (including comparative analysis of LTV, Repeat rate);
- Familiarity with tools to monitor and report on metrics, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard;
- Ability to interpret metrics to create actionable insights and improve campaign performance;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred);
- Work experience in travel/transport ticketing sectors;
- Proficiency in SQL;
- Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms.
