We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the marketing domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the marketing field, with a focus on driving tangible, impactful actions based on data-driven insights. Reporting directly to the CPO, the Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing marketing strategies, improving conversion rates, and maximizing demand through continuous experimentation and optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in the marketing domain
  • Familiarity with demand optimization strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention
  • Knowledge of agile product management practices and experience in running product teams in an agile organization
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to independently deep dive on the data to extract meaningful insights

Nice to Have:

  • Experience of working with any advertising APIs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
  • Knowledge of marketing web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in SEM/SEO techniques to improve search engine visibility and drive organic and paid traffic
  • Experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and initiatives, and communicate the product vision to cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize marketing web analytics tools to gather insights, identify opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver high-impact product improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management and marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies and processes.
  • Develop and execute SEM/SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and drive targeted traffic to the platform.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to optimize website performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Drive demand optimization initiatives to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
