We were told that the boat had broken down, and that the only other boat to leave Bali was set to leave in twenty minutes. This put pressure on my mates to accept the hefty fee of 650k IDR, despite already having bought a ticket from your website. Upon entering the boat, we realised that we had been scammed, as many more boats were leaving in the afternoon, and the likelihood of a boat breaking down is slim. Researching further, the Gangari boat itself is reported to not exist, implying that 12Go is actively promoting a scam. This is clearly unacceptable for a travel agency and should be condemned. I expect a full refund for the ticket that I payed for on your website as well as the 650k that we had to pay per person once we got there. I will not be using 12Go again as they are clearly untrustworthy and unreliable.

Ekajaya was great! Took the 8am ferry to Gili T from Serangan port, and all went well. Friendly customer service, well organized, mostly on time, and the ride was so comfortable that I fell asleep for an hour. After reading reviews from all the ferry providers in this area, I was pretty nervous, so opted for the biggest boat with morning departure. After this first ferry ride, I could see how the waters could develop big waves, depending on the weather. We had good weather but still glad I picked the big boat (it was the long one in the second picture). Just an fyi that large luggage is stored outside on top. Taking my big backpack inside was fine, especially since the boat was less than half full that day. The ferry also makes stops at Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Sengigi, then went on to Gili Air (maybe more?), but we stayed on the same ferry (no boat switches).

Boat was on time, staff were friendly, comfortable journey, my only downside was the tax price displayed on 12GO was a different price than what we were told at the office and when asked why, just told ‘’you need to get in contact with your agency and get them to the change the price, it’s not our fault’’ I didn’t think this was really a valid answer as they are displaying their services on this website so they should be the ones to make sure the information displayed is correct not me the customer… apart from that it was a good experience overall
