We took the overnight bus from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. Absolutely wonderful service, cleanest toilet I have ever seen on a bus. We ran ahead of schedule, beds were reasonably spacious, bus was clean, air con worked well and blankets and pillows were provided. Also crackers, toothbrush and water were provided. Best bus experience so far in south east Asia. Would 100% recommend.

The bus was fine, modern and was on time. But we had the last seats (beds) no 11a and 12a and they were above the motor.It was hot and noisy. If you have beds a bit more in the front it will be better. When you have the beds under you don’t have a window so it feels like a coffin. But we slept on and off. The tiolet in the bus was awfull from the beginning.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because when I requested information about my assigned seat from the transport company, they referred me to 12go to handle it, and 12go referred me back to the company. Nobody clarified anything for me. The bus was very comfortable, although the engine was quite noisy on the lower decks, making it difficult to sleep. They are punctual both in departure and arrival time

This company is very unorganized. Nobody seemed to know what was going and nobody was able to provide assistance. Our sleeper cabin had no window and the AC was turned so low you could barely feel air coming out. We were incredibly hot all night and were sweating in our windowless wooden box. We were woken up at 5:30am for a transfer and had to wait for 1 hour until the transfer bus arrived. We have taken many sleeper buses throughout Asia and this was the worst.

The bus departed and arrived on time. They provided a pillow, a blanket, and water. There were two drivers who took turns driving, and it felt safe. There was a toilet on the bus. The only issue was the air conditioning, which could only be adjusted to a certain level, so cold air was blowing on our heads the entire time.
