For the first time in my experience, the driver arrived early. All vehicles clean. Driver helpful, but spoke little English. As usual, no explanations. Just given pieces of paper and expected to know what to do.

We have booked a trip from Ha Long to Cat Ba at 8.30 AM, it was a nice trip. We were on the Ha Long ferry for an hour and able to watch so many beautiful scenes. The driver told us that we were gonna get to see both Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, well part of it but it was indeed amazing. We also learned that they are the ONLY operator that offer this ride so it was wow for us. They have supported us since we booked the trip by using whatsapp until they dropped us off at our hotel in Cat Ba. I highly recommend this operator!
