David Staff seemed totally disinterested in providing any of customer service we were dropped off at a major intersection in Haiphong in the dark with the only information by”wait here” a car did arrive about 20 minutes later to take us to the ferry for Cat ba but I think it would of been a bad experience for someone a little nervous of travelling in Asia perhaps a clear itinerary when booking would be a good idea

Frank VSix transfers. Started on a scooter, then a normal bus, then a ferry, then another bus, then a transit vehicle, which brought us to a place where we were to wait two hours. Then finally the sleeper bus, which broke down, which led to another transit vehicle.
