The bus stopped very often to pick up and drop random people along the way. A 6 hour journey turned into a 7 1/2 hours because of this. Additionally the couple of times the driver stopped for “toilet” breaks we were not told how long the stop was for so it was very confusing. Several people asked the driver but he could not speak any English so we had no idea what was going on at each stop!

Overall, I'd rate the ride as relatively comfortable. My only complaint is the poorly functioning air conditioning. It was 36 degrees Celsius outside.

Excellent company! Bus on time and arrived in advance (30 min) in siem reap. Very comfortable and large seats with WiFi , plugs, water and snacks provided . Good English spoken.

The bus was clean and new. Left on time, had a 30 minute rest stop and arrived only 5 mins late. The bus had a toilet which was spotless. Bed was comfortable and clean. I had the option of booking which seat I preferred (single or double, top or bottom)

Excellent, wifi was poor quality but enough to chat. The stop was short, the meal was sufficient (had to be quick too) and the seat were perfect to sleep or look at the landscape, I enjoyed it

I booked a single seat up high for my friend that has mobility issues and our seats were switched to two low beds. I did not like no windows which should have been explained. It was very clean, blankets nice, staff was very helpful. Loved getting help with our luggage from taxi to the stand. Very impressed with the gentleman outside working there! Inside staff at counter were friendly and polite.
