The organization of the bus trip was fine. However, we are not satisfied with the driver's behavior. While the ‘rules’ in Cambodia are different from those in our country, the driving was unnecessarily dangerous and irresponsible. Additionally, we wanted to put on our seatbelts, but they did not work. Next time, we will rent a car.

I encountered the following issues: 1. The armrest (and my spouse's footrest) were broken making the seat uncomfortable as the armrest was stuck in a raised position too high to put my arm. 2. The picture shown on your website of the interior of the coach was very different from the actual interior of the coach I travelled on. The actual coach I travelled on was not luxurious. 3. The driver drove exceedingly fast, especially for the last 2 hours of the journey overtaking every single other vehicle on the road. We arrived 15 minutes before our due arrival time so I don't understand why the driver was driving so fast. It made the journey feel extremely uncomfortable and at times, unsafe.
