Got delayed by one hour and they just told me when I got there + send me a message at te time the van was supposed to leave, almost missed the bus, the organisations English was very poor so they were not very helpful.

18 in a bus of 14 the first twenty minutes to the bus station. Then despite no tickets we are asked to pay additional fees to have a QR code that has no use. Finally, when we were supposed to arrive at 2:45 p.m. we arrived 2 hours late at 4:45 p.m. Deplorable from start to finish, run away!

Bus was on time. Everything went smoothly, but the bus didn’t have a restroom and the driver didn’t stop for a break. Glad the restroom was close to the terminal when we arrived!!!

Bus was very late. No information given at the station, had to ask. Merged two services in the end but again, this was not announced well!

Employee at the counter was so rude. I tryed to get more information for the drive at the next day (to be prepaired). The next morning nobody was there. A man packed me in a Mini Van and drove me to another Bus Station. He said I have to hurry Up to get my paper Ticket. I had to run to came prepaired to the next Bus. The vehicle and the drive we're good (took longe as usual). For me it was a very stressful experience. Would not recommend it to anybody.
