The ride itself was comfortable, but the seat arrangement was not suitable for passengers traveling with children. We were assigned seats on the upper level, which made me very worried that my child might fall if he fell asleep. Because of this, I couldn’t rest at all and had to keep watching my child throughout the entire journey. For safety reasons, passengers traveling with children should be given seats on the lower level. I hope the company can improve this in the future.

Good quick transport. Friendly driver, good bed. But personally if you say 10pm-5am and already start driving 9:30pm and arrive at 4am, I might miss the bus aswell as not get my planned amount of sleep.

On time. There was a toilet on board, which I wasn’t sure there would be, but thankful cause it came in handy. There were 2 pit stops. They offered shuttle to the hotels from the terminal in Sapa. Driver was very good. Wifi was working. It can get pretty cold in the cabins though so good to bring extra layers.
