Overall the trip was comfortable, however the site said there would be to stops and there was one where we were Allowed to get off, this is unacceptable a 6 hour journey. The driver was abrupt and declined to let us off the bus when we asked for a second stop even though they stopped to unload cargo and other passengers several times.

Generally very good experience, all on time, smooth communication, very clear information about the pickup place and time, comfortable bus. Only one small thing, that my backpack, which was under the bus deck, was completely wet when I received it, some of the things inside needed drying.

Better than the reviews suggest. The driver was responsive and prompt with airport pickup. The building waiting area was uncomfortably warm, but that was the only downside. The ride to Sapa itself was smooth and comfortable — the bus was clean, and having my own dedicated space to stretch out made the journey genuinely enjoyable.
