The pick up at the airport was great however we were then driven to 2 different locations before leaving for to Ninh Binh. In total we were in 4 different vehicles before getting to our destination.

This is not a direct shuttle. It stops 3 tips and you have to change busses 2 times. They don’t speak English

It was good service overall. Good car with enough space. A bottled water was given. However once I booked it I was immediately contacted by 3 different people on Whatsp and asked me to do it travel before the booked time. Then a car came and picked me up and dropped off in Hà Nội. The office staff in Hà Nội did not speak a word of English and I waited there for a while and then another van picked me up. This then dropped me somewhere in Ninh Binh which I thought was the end point do I booked a Grab taxi. But the bus then went to another location which was closer to my hotel but I wasn’t told of this. Overall they are good but there is lack of communication which creates a lot of confusion

Mixed review 2 part journey The pickup place for the airport on my pdf was NOT correct. I was contacted by wattsapp to a different area which I couldn’t find, once collected from the booked pickup up we drove past where the new point was and it was a considerable distance away. My drivers car smelt absolutely awful of cigarettes. He started conversation nice and politely but the questions became quite inappropriate, he was asking about boyfriends and men whilst I’m travelling and did I want to marry a Vietnamese man also could he accompany me on my onward travel, I started to feel quite unsettled and vulnerable something that hasn’t happened before whilst travelling. Tbh I was too worried to speak up incase I was kicked out and left somewhere. Once he dropped me at the office the VIP bus wasn’t as described at all, it was old and worn, however the driver was brilliant, drove carefully and communicated well.

The driver didn’t speak English at all. The departure times are not appreciated. When I asked when the bus would depart he said in 30 minutes. When I went inside the vehicle to drop off my bag to go to the toilet het shut the door and drove away. When I and another person yelled to the front of the vehicle to stop he just put his Youtube on and said nothing. The driving was ridiculous! We feared for our lives the whole drive. Our bags are not taken care of at all. When we finally had a toilet break he drove away when someone else was still on the toilet.

Grumpy driver and really poor communication on what is going on. We had to change vehicles twice — one of the changes was understandable, but the other made no sense: we all had to switch into the same type of vehicle just 10 minutes before arriving, taking all the luggage out and loading it back in again. We ended up getting a Grab for the last 10 minutes.

It not the experience I was expecting. We were picked up at the airport by car to take us to the limo bus which took over an hour since the driver also picked up another passenger which we were not expecting nor was it communicated to us. We had to ride one bus to NinhBinh then had to transfer to another bus to get get us to Tam Coc. We got here, I guess at the end of the day, that is the important thing.
