Keirra RBest sleeper bus we’ve taken on our trip. Internet worked and you are given so much space. 2 stops in the 12 hour ride but didn’t mind as you’re able to sleep for most of it. Overall really great experience

Fyras MWe are a family of four and we just went through a disappointing and unpleasant experience with your travel services.
You ask people to contact you before bad rating you, which we did but you never answered, you totally ignored our messages.
Although we have booked our tickets for 10pm, you have changed our tickets for another bus and asked us to get ready at 8:30pm so we had to cancel some of our activities program planned until 9pm yesterday. We lost money because of that. And at the end we waited for more than 2 hours and the bus left much after 10pm.
Then you said that our new bus will be the same class but the bus was not clean and in good conditions (difficult to be called VIP, compared to others). Another bad surprise was when we had to change bus early morning in Hué and for a much lower class bus (without being informed before, as the bus we booked was a direct trip). Then at the end we had more than 4 hours delay on the planned arrival time.
We are totally unhappy of your services as we paid the price to get VIP service and we got the worst. It is unacceptable.
We tried to report all that to the person who contacted us on WhatsApp but this person is not answering our messages although she has read them.
We would like to review that experience, so it does not happen to other travellers, even more so when it involves a family.

I arrived at the office and waited to be picked up by the van, which took me to the bus. Once we arrived at the second office, they called my name for boarding. The staff helped me with my bags and showed me to my seat.
The cabin was very clean and even smelled brand new! The massage feature was a really cool bonus, and the AC was nice and cold. Throughout the journey, the driver drove smoothly and carefully, and we made a couple of stops along the way.
The owner even texted me to make sure I had successfully boarded the bus. He also offered to take me to my hotel for free when I arrived and let the staff know in advance.
The bus stopped in Da Nang, where we transferred to the exact same bus to continue to Hoi An. When we arrived, I was so impressed that the staff at the office arranged a ride for me. They ordered a Grab and even paid the driver for me! I am incredibly grateful for such a kind and thoughtful gesture.
Overall, I highly recommend this company! The service was amazing from start to finish, and I felt very well looked after throughout the entire journey.

Anneke Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The bus was delayed by three hours, which would have been understandable if the communication had been handled properly.
Instead, we were informed at very short notice that we had to arrive 15 minutes before a newly changed departure time. This was extremely spontaneous and could easily have caused us to miss the bus. Even then, the bus arrived another 30 minutes late.
The drivers were extremely rude and disrespectful, and no breaks were provided during the journey. Overall, I cannot recommend this service.
