Thomas SMisleading advertisement with pictures of a modern bus and the misleading bus category name: "Luxury Liner". You are told that the pictures are not necessarily show what you get, but they influence you of course and adding the word "luxury" trick you.
Even worse that they risk your life: There was no seatbelt on my seat . (Cut off perhaps? The socket was thehre, 'ut not the other part.)
Moreover: My booked bus was cancelled. Alternative bus 2.5h later was very slow, stopped freqently: In the first 90 minutes we only covered distance of 20km.
Then I needed a toilet urgently, but the driver refused to stop somewhere. (You don't want to know my solution.) As a foreigner you are lost - even google translate could not help.
Half another later the bus stopped. Why did the driver not tell me? Why didnt he stop earlier? (Yes, there were appropriate places!)
Very bad experience! Never again a Hanh Cafe bus.
