David SThe bus ride was fine but the organization was a little confusing. I booked a ticket with a departure of 0845. Soon after confirmation I received a WhatsApp text from the bus company saying the departure would be 0915. I arrived early and was told to board and we left at 0845. The trip was longer than advertised but good otherwise. No English communication while on the trip but it was not difficult to understand what was going on.

Raphael PDriver was constantly trying to overtake also in curves where you could not see the coming cars.
However 2 breaks and free water bottle.

Belinda CI have decided I don't like sleeper buses...in fact I didn't realise I'd booked one for a day trip. Operator couldn't find my ticket because the PDF didn't have the correct info on it...had to try and search my emails to get on the bus. Staff generally not helpful on these bus lines.

Dmitrii ZNot in time picking up, delay about 30 mins. Nobody informed us, no water included, WI Fi didn't work. Staff don't want to answer any question. Cold as Siberia in the bus, ac working too much.

Mika CThe coordinators messaged me on WhatsApp before the trip and reminded me about the time and place. Price - good. Service - good. Response time - good. Driving/driver - good even though some parts of the roads were a bit bad (fasten your seatbelts). There were stops along the way for people who want to buy some food and drinks and to use the restroom. They had free water and some candies for us which was so nice + wet wipes. The driver was supposed to meet us at Venti Coffee at 11:45am but he arrived early. Thankfully I was just on the other side of the street. So make sure you won't be late and arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time. The only thing that was not accurate was the drop-off point. I expected it to be at TTR Vincent Hotel where I booked my first night but the driver dropped us off a few hundred meters away from that hotel. So if you have big luggages and you stay at TTR Vincent, you might have to walk a little bit. My backpack was 7kgs and shoulder bag about 2kgs with laptop, so it was a bit difficult to carry. Overall, it was good and I would use their service again. But please update the drop-off point.
