Mariana RThe customer service spoke English and he was very professional. They also helped me buy a new return ticket with pick up service to the hotel and back home. Excellent service. My only complain was the driver didn't let me make an additional stop when I needed to use the bathroom but I guess they are on a tight schedule so make sure you use the bathroom since it is a long 5.5 hour trip.
