Really enjoyable and very comfortable. Slippers to wear at toilet/food stops were a nice touch. Highly recommend this way to travel long distance.

The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend for foreign tourists as the whole check-in and boarding process is extremely chaotic and confusing. I ended up arranging my own transport to my hotel at the destination because I couldn't understand how it works.

It was.pretty.cramped because there were 3 rows and im.a plus size.lady. but the overall trip was very pleasant. We were picked up at the busbstation at 130am. Then in 30mins we were at the bigger bus depo. And at 235am we left for Dalat and arrived at almost 9am. Great value.for the price.

Drove like a maniac so it was hard to stay on the bed, trip was 6-9 hours we got there I 5. Would be a lot better to drive slower when people try to sleep on the bus. The AC was super high, when we left the bus the 14°C outside was warmer than inside.

Everything seemed unorganised around this trip. At the Futa office was the only place where employees spoke some English words, on the bus staff spoke 0 English. No one informed us which shuttle was going to pick us up to bring us to the bus. I had to ask myself 5 times. We were dropped off at the highway without any explanation with hundreds of others waiting for their bus. The trip itself on the sleeper bus was horrible because of the driving style of the bus driver and because he was using the ultra loud horn all night. The drop off service was again chaotic with hundreds of other people waiting for their own drop off location, but we managed to arrive well.

I had to be there at 22.20 to check in as the shuttle bus left at 22.30 do the main coach station and the coach was ready for 23.30. The security guard told me the wrong coach and the coach driver put my bag below in the luggage area but luckily another worker checked my ticket and said I was on a different coach. I think they were both heading the same way anyways. The seat was clean, the usb port worked. I found it uncomfortable and don’t sleep much. Had a toilet break at a station half way and arrived an hour early
