Kenneth LThe sleeper bus was very spacious and comfortable. The operators also contacted us and picked us up from where we were (locals tried to bring us to all sorts of different places). Overall was a good experience with them with good customer service!

Bronte ABus from Saigon to Da Lat. was scheduled to take 7 hours but took 8 - however since all other buses were 8 hours we were expecting this. Free shuttle to your hotel on arrival from the bus company - excellent service to offer. Sleeper bus had slim seats, would book with caution if you have a significantly wider build compared to Vietnamese people. Regular stops every 2 hours for toilet and food. Water provided. Would book again.

Richard We got held up in traffic due to broken down car , still arrived at the bus station at 8.55 am to find the bus had gone. There was a second bus that took us to the sleeper bus but we had to pay 320 Vietnamese Dong .

Noah GThe drive and everything was absolutely fine, but the beds we're absolutely dirty and the way to the bus was weird. We arrived at the station, the counter of the operator was closed. Eventually some guy just went in, woke up someone up and then we gut picked up by a scooter. Nobody spoke english and we three people in this scooter without helmets.... We also arrived at our destination 2 hours earlier

Aino IAll in all everything was ok. Seat is very narrow and doesn’t have much space for legs either so I think it’s not suitable for very tall or bigger people. Theres no space for a purse/small backbag/etc so I had mine on my lap, between my legs and behind the seat which meant I could’t get chair fully laying back position but it was ok (I had too much stuff with me anyway). Road felt kinda curvy and sometimes rocky so if you get easily nauseous during traveling it might be a bad one. I was not sure if there was a toilet inside the bus, but it stopped two times while you had a chance to use a toilet/get up. Bus left little bit late but it was informed. Staff was friendly and helpful at the bus station and after all ride to Da Lat took less than I expected.

Francisco PNot in time departure, but the guys from the company, during the TET WEEKEND in Vietnam, helped to us recover some jacket and earplugs what we lost on the way in the vehicle

Abigail RThis bus was really good, the bed was comfortable but the no proper pillow! Bus was on time. Only downfall is that this is no toilet on the bus, they do make regular stops.

Anemone AWe were told to arrive 45’ in advance only to leave 30’ later than the original announced time! The driver drove super fast in the mountains road (not really possible to sleep) and we arrived at 5:15 instead of 6:45… They should really make a better job at time management. The bus also doesn’t have toilets and we did only one stop for toilets (which was not even announced).

Helen LThe bus left on time. I was comfortable, but only because I'm 5'4". Wouldn't have wanted to be much taller. Didn't get any sleep because the driver was frequently beeping and talking with his buddy. We arrived early and it was great getting dropped off at my hotel upon arrival into Da Lat.
