Bus was 1:15 late then the trip took 2 hours longer than expected due to them making several off route stops to pick up or drop off freight. Arrived 3 1/2 hours later than scheduled.

The voucher lists an address, but there is actually no building at that location. It is only a pickup point on a main highway. There is no place to wait or sit, and the area is dark. In addition, next to the address and map on the voucher there is a photo showing what looks like the company’s departure office or station. This is misleading, as such a place does not exist in reality.

There was no ticket number for the seat luckily the bus operator showed us seats near each other. There was a lack of English and the bus did not go on time. Lunch was only 10 minutes away if you were lucky. There was no water provided for the journey.

Clean bus. AC work. Comfortable. We were confused on where and which us to get on. The company should include the gate and bus number on the PDF. The rest stop for dinner was filthy. Maybe have a cleaner place for bathroom break and a cleaner to place to eat.
