They are 30 minutes late at Danang. Most importantly they picked my family off wrong address in Hue. 12 go says pick off address is 28 Chu Van An. However they picked us off middle of nowhere in Hue. .

We startet with one hour delay and collected 3 other passenhers in da nang. Instead of beeing in hue at 14.00 we arrived at 16.00. 6 People in this car are too much. Not enough space… the price was very reasonable, so you should not expect too much maybe…

Excellent experience! They texted me on whatsapp before the pick up and were at the meeting point 15 min before the arranged time :) They dropped me off at my accommodation in Hue. New vehicle, would use it again. I was travelling only with locals which also felt nice.

Driver was 50 minutes late, slow and noisy ride (driver mostly going on low RPMs). Communication scarce. Picture and license plate of the vehicle was shared late, why I took the wrong car at first.

Communication was great via messaging app, they really cared to me as a customer, the service was quick and I was delivered to my doorstep, keep in mind that due heavy traffic in Vietnam traveling is often half an hour late.

I'm so grateful! The app didn't process my ticket in time, but they still contacted me to see what had happened. I had booked another ticket that ended up being canceled, and when I contacted them again, they offered me all their help. They came to pick me up and got me there in time to catch the night bus. I booked a ticket from Da Nang to Hue. The journey started on time and was otherwise normal. However, we didn't reach our destination, and the bus driver dropped all the passengers off about 1.4 km before the address printed on the ticket. A horde of taxi and scooter drivers were waiting there, all eager to take us onward for a hefty price. I then ordered a Grab; it's not about the extra cost, but about the feeling of being cheated. Please stop this rip-off!

  • Always use the security belts even if your bus ride attendant or driver does not insist on it. Your safety comes first – for you, for sure. All buses normally are equipped with security belts, but they may be fixed behind your seat. Take time to find the belt and fix it appropriately.
  • To avoid being disturbed by overhead lights, switched on during stops even at night, and too loud music or sound from the on-board entertainment system, have earplugs and a sleeping mask at hand.
