The worse taxi you could take in Vietnam. The driver threatened us even though it was us sat waiting for him when he was late. He started shouting and getting very angry. He then decided to driver super aggresively, speeding and beeping cars for no reason. Didn’t take us to the correct drop off and completely ignored anyone who asked for a toilet stop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The van was also falling to bits and one of the chairs snapped in half on the journey…

Not a great experience, did not hear from the bus company until 10 minutes prior to them arriving. They were upset when my flight was delayed, the car is not the same as they have on the website, the car itself is not clean, the driver drive like a maniac, and the staff is extremely unfriendly.

The bus was 1,5 hours late and the drive took longer than expected, so we arrived 2 hours later than initially planned. Good communication though through WhatsApp and pick up from hotel was nice.

The experience was perfect! Great communication via WhatsApp. I was picked up from my hotel lobby right on time. The vehicle was nice, with comfortable reclining seats. A bottle of water was provided as a complimentary service. There was a sanitary break on the way, even though the trip was only two hours. I was dropped off at my new hotel.
