Our trip was quite good, drivers were professionals, we got our destination very fast and in a comfort. An operator was always in touch. Although there are some notes that influenced our impression: not all drivers speak English, for tourist-oriented area it is very important issue and no choice of the seats was unpleasant, when driver points you where to sit. On time, very convenient for those with luggages, very neat and fast, enough legroom, passengers are quiet and respectful. I tried to take the train for a comparison coming back from Hue to Da Nang, but not doing that again. Choose this option if you are in a hurry, you want comfort and convenience.
