Εκτός αυτού, είναι πάντα τα φορτηγά που ξεκινούν νέα δρομολόγια σε αναδυόμενους προορισμούς ανοίγοντας το δρόμο σε μεγάλους φορείς εκμετάλλευσης λεωφορείων εάν είναι απαραίτητο ή παραμένοντας το μόνο μέσο μεταφοράς για να σας φέρουν εκεί. Πολύ συχνά, τα ημιφορτηγά προσφέρουν ταχύτερες υπηρεσίες από τα μεγάλα λεωφορεία, πιο ευέλικτα δρομολόγια και προσαρμόζονται πιο εύκολα στις ανάγκες των ταξιδιωτών με την έννοια του χρονοδιαγράμματος – εάν υπάρχει προσωρινή αύξηση της ζήτησης λόγω των μεγάλων Σαββατοκύριακων ή των εθνικών αργιών, τα ημιφορτηγά προσθέτουν περισσότερα οχήματα στον καθημερινό τους στόλο ευκολότερα από άλλους φορείς εκμετάλλευσης. Αντίθετα με τα τρένα ή τα μεγαλύτερα λεωφορεία, τα φορτηγά σπάνια σας προσφέρουν μια επιλογή κατηγορίας εισιτηρίου. Όλα τα καθίσματα είναι τα ίδια, VIP ή οτιδήποτε άλλο. Αυτό που μπορεί να διαφέρει, όμως, είναι ο τύπος του ίδιου του φορτηγού. Ορισμένα φορτηγά μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν μόνο 9-10 επιβάτες. Patrick LWe have changed three times of transport means. Two different bus and at the end a car.
As we arrived late to HANOÏ, the traffic was important.
But I don't understand why the driver of the car (last transport mean) never reached the final destination Central Circus. He stopped his car at around 400-500 meters from Central Circus and explained us that we were arrived.

Jinhong JIt is 90% consistent with the experience of other reviewers.
I changed cars several times. The car was hotter than I thought, and maybe the road was in bad condition, the car didn't slow down, so it rattled in even the smallest bumps.
But I was satisfied on average.
Nevertheless, it arrived on time.
The time to change cars was brief, the car was warm, and I felt the driver's skill to match the arrival time.

Omri HI chose a pickup point 2 minutes walk from my hotel. A couple of hours before departure I got a message that the point and the time had been changed so I had to walk 20 minutes and leave an hour earlier, which was very uncomfortable. When I arrived at the point I was told it was changed again (!) And we walked 20 more minutes to a third spot. Then we waited for the bus 15 more minutes in the street.
The seats are somewhere between sitting and laying so you can't do neither, and the air con was weak.
The worst thing is that we arrived at the destination 3 hours later than advertised.
The driver was nice.

Jan SPick-up location changed on the day of departure, then when everyone waited at the new location, we had to walk 10min through Hanoi again with all luggage to another spot.
Drop-of location was not as booked, we all got dropped of somewhere on a large street 5km outside Ha Giang city center, insted of the center how it was said in the booking.

Luke SThe bus' AC was barely on which made the 6hr ride pretty terrible. The bus stopped at 2 rest stops and 4 other unsolicited stops to pick up and drop off locals to a few destinations which added to the long trip. Wouldn't recommend.

Bero BThe CEO wrote me insufficient information about the fact we'd leave earlier than the time we booked. He was unspecific about the time even though I asked several times what departure time is. Turned out is was only 15 min earlier, but we arrove 40 min before the scheduled time. Pretty unpleasant for such an early tour that we booked. After that there were two transfers, which we had no transparency about in advance. Also the mentioned travel duration was by far not the actual one.

Beatrice MThe Pickup was on time but when we arrived in Ninh Binh we had to get out of the Bus and wait 20 Minuten for another one. Then we drove to Hanoi and had to get out, bit only a few of us, not all of us. Then we had to get into a 3rd bus. But the drove us directly to our hotel, so that was a nice extra service.
The 1,5h duration was not met though, all together it took us about 3h.

Marc PThe customer service was great. They picked us up at our step door. The bus was a bit old and dirty, but everything worked well (A/C, seats, curtains, etc. The driver was nice and helpful but his driving was terrible, speaking on the phone with no hands-free, speeding, overtaking in curves...etc. we arrived well, fortunately, and he took us to our hostel.

Dana VWe had to change the vehicle 3 times and had to wait in different locations. No one told us when we will be picked up. We arrived one hour later than expected. Also, the driver wanted me to pay 100k more for picking me up at the initial arrival location. I showed them that in the booking the arrival and pick up point was fixed and after long discussion I did not need to pay extra

Patricia DA car driver picked up us to go to the bus. He was so fast and dangerous. We almost crashed….
The trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh took one hour so imagine how fast was the driver bus too.

Andrea LCommunication was superb. We were a few minutes late because our flight was delayed and told the company beforehand so they waited for us (was literally just 5 minutes but if they wouldn't have known they would've driven off).
Driving was good, calm for Vietnamese standards. Bus was okay for a day trip.

Boris GFirst you have to take a taxi to a hotel near the airport.
They say to be there 30 min prior departure. After 45 minutes waiting, you have to call to check where the driver is. After 2 attempts, a car comes pick you up, then goes in Hanoi traffic jam to another meeting spot. There, you have to wait another 40 minutes until couch goes off.
So instead of departing at 11:30, I left around 2. So more than 2 hours waiting and 2 hours late...
Couch is confortable.

Travel on time. No bus change and meeting and drop off location was accurate.
Nevertheless, driving attitude is not acceptable and way too dangerous, especially slaloming on the highway, 20kmph above limitation and on the emergency lane.

Fuminori KI was prepared for some bad reviews, but I arrived on time, didn't have to change trains, and was satisfied with getting from Hanoi to Tam Coc in an hour and a half. However, they texted me a different location 20 minutes before the meeting time. In the first place, I was wondering if I really parked my car in such a place, so I wanted you to specify it from the beginning.

Meike HWe made it to the circus on time and there were a lot of different vans there to pick people up. Our voucher showed a certain type of van with the Truly Hagiang logo on it, so logically we were looking for this van. We were supposed to leave at 12:30 pm, but we were still standing there until 13:00 pm without any sight of the pictured van. All of a sudden another van came up to us, turned out that was the one we had booked. It didn’t have truly hagiang on it and it did not look like the picture so we wasted half an hour of our time waiting for another van.
We were finally in the van and started driving towards Tam Coc. It seemed like the driver wanted to make up for lost time because he was driving so recklessly. I get that driving here is a bit more bold than in Europe but this was just plain dangerous.
We arrived in Ninh binh and then had to transfer vans (which wasn’t known to us), and then we were brought to Tam Coc, happy that we were still alive and not in a car crash..

Inbal Sthe van was good and clean.we arived somewhere in ninh bin 10 km from the villige and the guy from the office just try to sale us a bike insted to asist us.we underestend from them day before that they take us to our homestay . they are not try to help us .we talled him where we need to go .he offer to take us for 200k .we order grab for 100k. they not speek english only whene he try to sale a bike then hes underestand and speek perfect

Viktor RThe VIP bus never showed up, without any information from the company. 1,5 hours later we instead got instructed to go on another bus (a sleeper bus of lower standard). Arriving in Hanoi 3 hours later than planned. After contacting 12go we got a minor refund, but it didn’t even cover the price difference between VIP and sleeper bus. Better than nothing though.

Mike LFirst pick up coordinations where wrong, than there was no bus coming, after a call someone picked us up and drove as to central Hanoi, from there bus was running to Ninh Binh there we had to change bus again and this drove us to Tam Coc.
