Yana MWhen we arrived to the ferry terminal before cat ba island, our bus driver just left us there. We paid to be taken all the way to cat ba town. There were only two of us left for this part of the journey so I assume this is why (they decided it wasn’t worth their time), but nonetheless felt ripped off. The driver kind of laughed at me when I said he needed to take us there because that’s what we paid for (google translate). Otherwise the bus was comfortable and left on time.

Lisa CThe bus was comfortable, but ageing - not as modern as other bus lines. The driver was friendly and we arrived on time at the airport. I was disappointed as the ISB charger was not working (don’t think k any in the bus were). Our flight boarding passes are on our phones, and our ride from Sapa 6 hours so we could not use our phones for the trip as we could not charge them. Made for a long boring trip. I am not sure why we had to meet at Hey Hotel office when we could have just gone to where the bus was - the staff there were just sitting around on their phones, joking and laughing and actually did nothing with us - we got there a little before we had too and they were grumpy with us and told us to come back at 9:30 (it was 9:15).

Thi TI did not like the way the bus smell and when we were 2h late, I already told my family to come and pick me up at the designated time.
Being late is fine. Happens every now and then. I would just appreciate for the drivers and employees to inform the people on the bus about the delay and let them know what time they arrive.

olivia Ibus itself was comfy and clean but the meeting place was a bit unorganised. some people that were waiting got told to get on a bus at 9pm instead of the 21:30 that we all booked. the drive took a lot less time then it said so we actually arrived at 4am instead which was an issue for us.

Natasha IThe cabins were so nice! But the pickup point is incorrect it was down the road so we nearly missed it.
They over booked the bus so said we had to share (we didn’t have to in the end) we also arrived 2 and a half hours early and they didn’t drop us at the right location so we were put in a dangerous situation with the Taxi drivers.
The bus was good condition but we were put in a dangerous situation. The taxis drivers swarmed us where we were dropped & threatened to beat up our grab diver!

Simon RCheap transfer and I think there are not many options, but I was the only passenger and I couldn’t sleep because the driver went incredibly fast on the curved mountain roads with a lot of bumps. So don’t expect too much rest if you take the night bus.

Dontez KThe bus was the usual VIP bus, however, the location wasn’t where the bus station was so we had to do a 3 minute walk. I’m not too sure why the location and bus pick up didnt match.
The bus did have a few stop offs to pick up some stock which further delayed us. When we got to Hanoi Airport we had to wait for another transfer to take us to the airport, as we was going to miss our flight we had to book a grab instead

Marzena SThe curtains were extremely dirty, usb c not working, air con blew even the lid was closed. One if the drivers was very rude, 1st person like this meet in Vietnam. During the night they were waking us up as they draged the luggages from the baggage space to the corridors. It was also delayed. No water on the board was offer to us.

Linda BThe bus arrived on time and the bed was comfortable. However, there were people sleeping in the aisle in the middle of the bus, and the bus did not stop at the location where it was supposed to. As a result, I had to take a taxi to the Buffalo Hostel, which was a 10-minute drive.

Joseph BWe had a great experience at our starting point (Noi Bai airport to Sapa). The bus was clean and comfortable with enough space even for two people. We had a transfer from the office at Sa Pa to our hotel included which was great bonus for what we paid. Recommended!

Frederic RBus was very old and bed were very narrow. No toilet inside the bus and never were we informed when we could have access to toilet. And we had to transfer in another bus early in the morning.

Mattias MIt was a very good pickup from the beginning and we got to Halong Bay 1h and 30 min earlier than scheduled. You could have given a extra blanket because the one we got had to be used as a pillow.

Kateřina ŠOn the voucher, there was information to come about 30 minutes before departure but the bus departured about one hour earlier.
Fortunately I came earlier.
And during the route there were two passengers laying on the ground all the time so I couldn’t go to the toilet.
But in the bus there was comfortable blanket and I could charge my phone. No wifi.
