Anonymous It was on time. We had to take a bus to the other part of the island, because we entered on a different port than told in the booking?? This was not disclosed in the booking. This Also Made it unclear from which port the retour boat would leave.

Anonymous Bad Communication. Clean and comfortable. We sent an email asking if we could take the later ferry and we were told no. When we got to the boat (after dropping off our rental car), we were told we could have taken the later ferry. “No problem” Our entire visit to Hvar was rushed as a result of this poor communication! I would check before booking what the policy is about changing return times!! Did not get to do everything we wanted.

Anonymous The ferry boarded about 15 minutes prior to departure. Left and arrived on time. It don’t happen to us, but staff would clap at people to hurry up or to move their bags quicker. They could have been friendlier. A small thing considering everything else was good.

Anonymous Everything fine but you have to be more precise with Google Maps departing point. In general perfect servise. Unfortunatelly your info about departure point was confusing. It was not the terminal but exit no 6A. For someone usuing ferry for the first time it is not obvious esp that you send a link via Google Maps.

Anonymous The boat didnt sail us to Hvar harbour as it said on the tickets. The boat sailed us to a different place and we had to take a shuttlebus from there. It could have said so when you bought the tickets.
