Anonymous Fahrt hin und zurück nach Krk. Die Hinfahrt war entspannt, Bus war klimatisiert. Der Fahrer war nett. Zur Rückfahrt stand eine große menschentraube am abfahrtsort. Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Fahrgäste zuerst bevorzugt werden, die schon vorab gebucht haben. So mussten wir im Bus verteilt sitzen. Super fand ich auch, dass der busfahrer noch Leute mitgenommen hatte, obwohl der Bus schon an Sitzplätzen ausgereizt war. Alles in allem war es aber eine sehr angenehme Zeit.

Anonymous Zu spät, Gepäck kostet extra. Der Bus fuhr pünktlich in Rijeka ab und kam eine halbe Stunde verspätet in Krk an. Dabei war der Verkehr an meiner Stelle problematisch. Gepäck kostete extra; der Busfahrer sah sich nicht in der Lage eine Rechnung für das Gepäck auszustellen. Wird hier schwarz verdient?

Anonymous the drive was quite nice and there were enough good seats :). We didn’t know that we had to pay extra for luggage, the driver was a bit rude, and the Bus was 15 minutes late and arrived on the wrong platform (because the right one was blocked) without any announcement. Also it was very hard to communicate with the driver, who spoke only croatian to us, and seemed in a bad mood, we felt a bit helpless until other passengers talked to him for us.

Anonymous No better way to get to Krk from Rijeka! The driver spoke English pretty well and, when I needed help, gave it - in a friendly way (which made a nice change from the unhelpful and unfriendly woman at the Arriva office). The drive is scenic, so the time passes easily. GetByBus instructions for showing the driver my ticket (on my phone) were not accurate - his scanner couldn‘t read it. The aforementioned person in the bus station office of Arriva said emphatically: not MY problem. Fortunately for me, a passing colleague of hers overheard and did help me. Just a suggestion: given I can‘t be the only person to make this journey for the first time, perhaps you could point out to passengers that it‘s (probably) the THIRD bus stop in Krk where they want to get off!
