Anne VI am normally not one to leave a bad review. But I just want to tell you to spend a bit more money for a better experience. I had an overnight VIP from Ho Chi Minh to Hoi An. First, I get a message on the day of my departure, around 11:00, if I can show up 1,5 hour earlier than the planned time because of traffic? I am on a daytrip, I cannot. So, fine, can I get the earliest bus the next day? Highly inconvenient, but sure, it was the new year holidays traffic, I understand. I show up at the pick-up point? The emptiest hottest parking lot outside of town. No markings whatsoever to know whether I'm in the right place. Stressful. Bus is 1,5 hour late, but still cool. It happens. The bus is honestly nice, the driver is kind, but there is also a helper to the driver on the bus, and he proceeds to make me terribly incomfortable. If someone tells you you're pretty once or twice okay, but the third time.... and he keeps opening your privacy curtain without a warning... very icky. And the bus driver is blowing his horn every 5 seconds. Sure, traffic is bad, but he'll stop during the night right? No. Absolutely horrible night. Then I get woken up at 4:30? We're there? Way earlier than expected. Usually nice, but not in the middle of the night in a city I don't know. I get told to step into a mini van? Okay? This mini van drops off some people, I ask what the deal is? Oh you're supposed to scan this QR, pass your hotel, and they drop you. But nobody told me this in time, so I get dropped off at 5 am an hour away from my hotel. Just great. DO NOT BOOK THIS.

Bart NHalfway the trip we were supposed to change bus. We had to wait 2,5 house for the new bus to arrive. The driver of the first bus must have thought that he is a guardian in a prison. First of all not a Word of english, shouting, rude, not serviable at all. The second half was slightly better concerning the behavior of the company ‘ s employees, but it was still below zero. For persons teller than 180 cm the space in the “beds” is insufficiant. Conclusion; avoid the Hangcafe travel

Adriana OThe buses are amazing but the workers in Nha Xe Dinh are very impolite and rude. We stop in a disgusting place to take food, we asked them how long are you stopped here ? No answer, not even a look into the eyes. I tried to ask in Vietnamese using google translate, no answer, nothing. I am thinking a pig is better transported, I believe they never deal with humans !!! This company shouldn't transport turist.

Dominic SThe company said the pickup time would be at 6pm but bus picked us up an hour 1/2 late, and then an hour 1/2 into our ride the bus broke down for another 1hr 1/2. The alternator got taken out and a new one got put in. 6 hours later the bus broke down again leaving us stranded from 4am- 10am. The drivers also made a bunch of stops in the beginning? We also had two people sleeping in the middle of the bus which made it hard getting to the restroom/off the bus without stepping on them & towards the end of the ride someone started smoking a cigarette which filled the cabin with a strong odor. Communication with what was happening would have been appreciated as no one told us what was happening or how long it would be at first but eventually it got fixed and figured out. We did stop for a bite to eat for free towards the end of our journey and eventually we got to where we needed to go. + restroom on the bus was pretty clean. My boyfriend is 6’3 and couldnt fully stretch out while laying down (for all the tall people) but he said it wasnt the worst.
Overall, the trip took us 24hrs when it should have taken only 18hr.

Emma VNO TOILETS and no idea when we will next stop! Stopper 2 times in a 16 hour journey. Made to feel very uncomfortable as a female solo traveller. Men coming behind my curtain to grab my hand and sniff it, putting me on FaceTime to their relatives. I know this is all part of the Asian culture but I wouldn’t go again, I felt super uncomfortable and stressed the entire trip.
