Christian HWhile the shuttle van was excellent, the ferry boat was very bad: the airconditioning was working too heavy so inside it was a fridge. Even after asking the staff to higher the temperature or to switch off the airconditioning, they did nothing („not possible“…) - many passengers were freezing! Extremely bad! Also my luggage was stored in lower deck unprofessionally and became wet on the floor … very bad experience with the ferry … due to heavy sea the ship was delayed by approximately 30 min

Gabriel FDriver took a detour 2 times for some personal business. However he was waiting for us with a sign and we were able to take the ferry ahead of time. The van itself was pretty good.

Arnaud GThe driver was at the hotel earlier but waited a bit without problem.
The drive was smooth because of low traffic and he dropped us right at the pier.
The departure was delayed a bit, so the arrival was 30min after schedule.
The AC on the boat... a bit too strong... defimitely freezing inside.
