Tahera SThe Koh Tao to Khao Lak transfer was excellent. I had to wait about an hour for the van to arrive near the lomprayah donsak Pier (Surat Thani), but 1) it was beautiful on the water, and 2) I arrived to my final destination two hours earlier than expected. The communication was easy on WhatsApp and the driver gave us ample bathroom / snack stops.

Tanya RLack of communication and a shambles with all the different vans everyone was changed between. We did get to our destination only 30mins after the scheduled time, but there was just so much unnecessary waiting around and unnecessary stops. Would be better if the ticket included details of the transport steps and times.
